they don’t have super power nor do they dress to save the world but let me tell you, these people in this hospital is my super hero. They need to be recognized more for there love and passion for their job to save people life and doesn’t matter how many thank you I said, it just isn’t enough!!! Thank you Dr.Evans for saving my mother life. God bless you and all the doctors and nurses and staff for giving the best of the best care for my mom!!
I can't believe this hospital has 4 stars on here when it deserves 0. Google rates it a 2.8 and that makes more sense. This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. However if you want to be ignored for almost 12 hours while you wait in a room when they've said they'll be right back, then this is the hospital for you! My vision is going out on me, my dad finally convinced them to give me an MRI, said they'd call me for the results and never did. I called today to see what is going on and they hung up on me. We moved here in March and our son has been seen at the Battle Building for his special needs. I can not say enough about how amazing the staff has been to us. Patient care has been top notch. I leave appointments feeling as if I was really listened to and my questions and concerns were answered. Each staff member we have met has treated us with the utmost respect and consideration.
The surgery department is amazing but the ER is lacking. I came in few weeks ago through Ambulamce cause my nephfrostmy tube was clogged and my kidney was backing up with urine. They put me in a small hallway with other patients. No privacy at all!! The person behind me was coughing germs all over the place. I just went septic a few weeks before that so I don't need anyone else's infections.
