Given how stretched healthcare is in BC, I am again and again, continuously impressed and ever appreciate of the amazing doctors at the UVIC clinic. Having been a student at UVIC for over 8 years, I never had a negative interaction with any of the doctors (although, I do understand this is not a universal experience). After having a rough time trying to get an appointment everywhere else, I found out how easy and accessible booking appointments here is. I wish it was advertised more because doctors in Victoria are impossible and to have this available as a student is wonderful. I had a very excellent experience with not only the front staff, but the doctor I saw. Super professional, kind and I felt entirely welcomed and comfortable with her.
