I was admitted to the E.R. with severe neck pain. The ER staff was great, great service, and showed concern,and who told me I needed surgery that night but my neck was too inflammed, and contact the neurosurgery center asap. The receptionist there was confused because 1 report said yes I needed surgery, the other said no just therapy. After several more days I called again and was told no surgery with no explanation as to why not or what the first diagnosis even was. This place the most horrible place on earth. They nearly killed my father. He was there for a fall . he broke 3 ribs and a punctured lung. They gave him Tramadol, which he is allergic to. But they just kept giving it to him anyway. It caused part if his brain to stop working so he couldnt swallow or speak.. But they just kept giving it to hom again and again.
