Something needs to be done, sooner than later. This is unexplainable!
The hours state that walk-in hours are until 4pm. I walked in at 3:40pm to get a prescription refill as I am currently all out of my medication. I was then told that “I’m going to have to come back another day because they aren’t taking another patient because they want to leave.” I told them that I work 9:30-5:30 M-F and this was the only day I could do it for the next few weeks, and again, told me “they’re not doing it, and I need to read the hours on the door.” The door was unlocked, hours stated until 4pm.
