Excellent doctors and service, but it can be slow, probably because they're in such demand.
They have one of the worst run emergency rooms check-in evaluation of patients.There staff are not properly trained and some have attitude issues.They really need to have nurse practitioner in the emergency room check-in areas to properly evaluate those that really serious to get patients moving more quickly, because the way things are going now it's just not working.But once you're able to be treated this is one of the best hospital in tennessee with some of the best doctors.A lot of hospitals have the same issues with unde... read more

5 stars for our ER nurse Nick Watts. My wife was in the ER and Nick was incredible, clear with explanations, and made a stressful situation much easier for both of us. Thank you for taking such a great care of her.
UT er is a joke sat in the waiting hurting for 3 hours and have been sitting a room over 4 hour waiting to get a MRI on my back cause I'm hurt with sharp pains going down both arms no one has came and check on me in over 2 years you could be dieing in the room and no one would know
