My mom was sent there from morristown er for brain bleed needed to be in trauma unit she laid in er hallway for 10 hours. It went down hill from there call for nurses no one come when she was in finally put in rooms in neurologist critical care. Neurologist told us she had UTI and started her on antibiotic then when transferred to regular room nothing in chart she has uti. This hospital is a joke. The medical records ladies are awesome. Courteous fast professional and friendly.
They literally have zero urgency. You would be better off going to an urgent care unless you're actually dying,then I would call 911 first because sadly that would take less time than waiting in the emergency department.
We are in the ER . My grandson is still waiting for a bed.
If there was a way I could put negative stars I would. I was flew there as a trauma patient with two badly broken legs. And I was treated awesomely in trauma team. But unfortunately after that I was given nurse after nurse that had nothing but bad attitudes. I asked repeatedly for someone else but told they was short handed so I had to deal with their attitude.
