My twin sister had her gallbladder removed at Clarkson Tower and stayed overnight at the Lied Transplant Center. The nurses were unhelpful and unprofessional. The entire staff forgot about my sister (her IV, her discharge time, and they forgot to wheel her out to my moms car). They told us she would leave the hospital at 10am and she did not leave until 2. This hospital is neglecting to their patient’s needs and time.
Screw this place. Hope I never have to go back. Disrespectul jerks working there
