Recommendedthey took my Daughter in law in as soon as she arrived y ambulance and had a ICU room ready for her as soon as she arrived and are saving her life
Apparently they have this new system in place that when someone is waiting for test results, they lose their ER room. Sitting here with my mom, who just fell down the stairs and cannot move, in the hallway. Oh, but we get a curtain for privacy. How is this humane? And we can't seem to get any answers. If you have an option of an ER to visit, choose another hospital. Being crowded or not, having patients in the hallway is so demeaning and NOT good care.
