The facility itself is great and everyone was nice and helpful but the parking ramp is confusing and not very user friendly.
My dad is in the ICU and has had 4 surgeries in less than a month. He was flown here on August 1st after complications at Bemidji hospital. The entire staff on the ICU floor has been absolutely amazing. The SICU team have been working so hard and so closely on my dad to get him better. There have been many complications but they keep on moving him baby steps into the right direction. The nursing staff has been amazing treating my dad and working hard to help him heal as well. Dad passed away friday. They never contacted the funeral home over the weekend. They said they were wtg on organ donation. We never gave our permission for this. I am very �!!

So far, my niece has not received pain medication after surgery three out of six nights. No real explanation except "forgot" or something lame like that. Where is the pain medication going? Is the night nursing staff that inept? This is terribly upsetting. Tonight is night 7.
