Called for appointment on August. Only appointment available was in late December. Pain management? Living with pain and needing help right away and not getting it. This place is a joke for offering help to people with pain. Felt they had so many prerequisites and absolutely little interest in helping with ones pain. :(
Terrible doctors and management. I was waiting on a call back from a doctor bc I was in pain and they never got back to me. I had to call them and their excuse was they was discussing my case but still never heard from them. Stay away from Dr decsouza, She will read an MRI that happen before surgery and diagnose you as your update status.... their own neosurgeons don’t recommend their pain management doctors.
I have sent an email over two weeks ago and still no response and this email is through there own website. If you go to pain management because your in pain you think emails would be considered as important , and especially since they don't return calls. I made an appt for a cortisone injection and with insurance the bill was going to be well over $1,200. They charge extra because there considered a hospital facility. STOP! Don’t even take your dog there—this is a horribly run Office and being a health professional for 30 years myself, I am soooo very disapppointed and unimpressed with Dr Sarantopoulos and his associates. I made FIVE phone calls asking for a call back and nEver received one, not one. My parents are elderly and leaving them in his hands was asking for trouble. Not even deserved of one star. Can you spell incompetent?????
