The word “responsibility” seems completely absent from this hospital. It’s an extremely disappointing place to trust with something as important as medical care. The lack of accountability and professionalism is evident throughout the experience. I would not choose to come here under any normal circumstances, but unfortunately, insurance limitations left me with no real alternative. Cant say enough about the doctors and their assistants. The billing department is a whole different story and the worst people in the world to deal with. The have no issues leaving you on the hook for things they promised are covered under your policy. Issue, Bad faith/misrepresentation of insurance benefits. The insurance benefit verification approval is done twice. Once when you sign off on the approvals based off what they tell you is covered under your policy and again just prior to procedure.
