This is part of my response to the billing department at the university of Miami hospital. I mean everyword. I spent 100's of thousands of dollars at your hospital in 2025. I had an enormous amount of problems with your billing deptment. I loved the medical treatment, but I have had so much aggravation from your billing department, that I decided I would never go back there again. I had a procedure done yesterday and the staff was exceptional. I always receive the best of care whenever I go whether it be for a doctor's visit or a procedure. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
I always arrive early to my appointments. Radiology was an hour late. Then there was an issue with my order, but THEN they took out medication for the order that expires before validating the order. THEN when I finally get ahold of the office it was too late to start the study because radiology did not follow SOP. The man was highly unprofessional with his mannerisms. I wound up wasting HOURS of my time. It is highly unacceptable!

Was admitted 11/14 unable to keep any food even water down. No exams were done. I was just given IV meds and randomly changed to oral with them knowing I continue to throw up. I had great nurses up until 10/21 day shift nurse Irving and his Assitant Emily from one moment to another they stopped coming to my room. Seeing me throw up all my food and medication.
