terrible service and a very nasty and rude girl who wouldn't let me ask a question and hung up on me after i spent $47.00 to send 2 cd's there and wanted to know if they were received and processed for my surgeon i have 20 screws in my back and 2 14 inch rods and i am 76 years old i think that is abolutely disgusting
