Can never get a hold to anybody, i always have to call back 3 or 4 times so nerve recking .
I called the 13 for a Referral for my kids and I'm on the phone now for 15 minutes it's sad that you can't get no one. The Advocate is no help at all. It should be someone to answer the phone.
Are these people for real? I have been calling for the past one month and nobody ever picks up the phone I have waited over 40 minutes every single time to only schedule an appointment but no response. Isn’t there an alternative phone number to call ? Really frustrated.
I waited to write this review until I had given the office a second chance. Unfortunately, we will not be back a third time. I will start by saying that Dr. Lutz, her medical assistants, and nurses are all fantastic. My daughter has complex medical needs, and they all cared for her with compassion and kindness. I can’t say the same for the receptionist at the front opening the door and greeting patients. We were the first patient of the day for both visits, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. The staff & Doctors are great but the problem is actually being able to speak to someone over the phone . I shouldn’t have to wait over 20 minutes to speak to staff regarding scheduling.
