The check in was fine but the wait time was ridiculous. I got there at 2:45pm and wasn't called back until like 3:30pm and then sat in exam room until 4:25pm when the doctor actually came in. But besides that and the two ignorant women I encountered, my first time visiting was awful
Dr. Leong is awesome! She did a meniscus surgery for me back in 2020 that went great and helped me out after I had a bunch of issues after another knee surgery last year. Having now worked with a different ortho office (avoid Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics), I can tell you my experience here was wayyyy better. Highly recommend.
The wait times are out of control.
I had a decent experience with Dr. Leong for my treatment, but things went downhill after that. She recommended a brace, said it would be covered by insurance, and I agreed. The issue started when I couldn’t figure out how to put the brace on after I left the office, and when I called the office for help, the staff was completely unhelpful.
