Have tried to get through many times to a live person to speak about my bill and was unsuccessful. Was on hold for over 30 min. I then received a phone call this morning at 1150 AM and was put on hold when they called me!!!! Then I tried calling back to see why they called and the system hung up on me WHAT A JOKE!!!! Trying to pay a bill is impossible!!!!
I applied for a Biomedical Engineering job with this company. They spammed me with text messages about an interview time (6 messages in 2 days) after I had already scheduled a time which was super annoying. After talking with an HR person, they had given me a link to a website for the online interview. The link seemed sketchy and wasn't Microsoft Teams.
