Dr Rooks was awesome... made me feel a little better... gave me cough syrup and prednisone for bronchitis.... cough meds make me sleep forgot to ask for note for work...would that be a problem getting?
If you use the immediate care during regular business hours, prepare to wait HOURS to be seen. It's ridiculous.
I brought my son in with a busted chin last night around 7:30pm, right before they closed keeping everyone late (i'm sorry). But I have to say how incredibly happy I was with just everything and everybody at this facility. He was so scared about possibly needing stitches but these folks had him smiling ear to ear the whole time. I can't say enough wonderful things about those nurses and doctors. Very nice facility and customer service also. I went there for immediate care and also learned that I could get primary care and other specialty services as well. I will definitely be back.
