My 3 year old son had a hydrocele repair yesterday. This was the best experience I have ever had! The physicians, anesthetist, nurses, techs, and everyone else in the entire facility were amazing!! Even the women working at the cafe and gift shop treated us like family. We were well informed before, during, and after the procedure! I was so comforted knowing my son was in the hands of such professional staff.
Daught broke her arm while in trampoline, was sent to ER there and within 10 minutes ortho was there to consult. Everything went so smooth and surgery was done same day. Staff was awesome and facilities were great. My daughter loved that there so many movie options, including Moana.
I can't give this place enough stars! My daughter spent the first 3 1/2 months of her life in the NICU after being transported down from Mason City. They saved my daughter's life! We continue to be served by their staff for varies issues. I'm positive I would not have a daughter without the amazing doctors and nurses here!
The room had a few malfunctions but the staff was amazing and the appearance and cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding!!! Love our university of Iowa friends
