They are so kind and patient with our senior Brittany Spaniel, Ginger. The care they provide, is bar none, superior than any other veterinarian we've ever been too! Thank you to all the students, doctors, and all the ancillary staff, you guys are the BEST!
They were quick, caring and just fantastic! We lost a member of the family and they were the best.
Twice we have brought our Mabel to U of I at the recommendation of our Dr and twice Mabel has received outstanding, amazing and loving care. We are so grateful the School is close enough we can come for exceptional and professional emergency service or testing not available in our hometown. A huge Thank You to everyone that assisted in evaluating and treating Mabel this past weekend, you are all amazing❤👍🏻👏🏻
This is the best place any one could take their fur baby we are so impressed with all the students, doctors, professors they are so caring and loving our dog has been to almost every department at the small animal clinic and can not say enough how wonderful they are he has had 3 major surgeries the latest cataract and he is doing great 👍
In past year and half we have been there numerous times with two.of our dogs, staff is excellent and so caring, I love how there are no unexpected cost too, sadly our trip yesterday ended heartbreaking for our baby had to go join puppy heaven but again staff was so understanding and sympathetic
I can't begin to tell everyone how great this place has been. All the staff are loving and caring. My Marley had a tumor removed, coming home today. Staff is knowledgeable and compassianate. Rosalee was her student and that young lady will make an excellent vet someday soon. May God Bless them all. Keep up the hard amazing work you all do.
the people there really care about their patients they watch over them so close and give them affection when they need it plus finding ways to get picky animals like our dog sometimes to take their medicine our little peanut loves peanut butter so they used that
If there was a higher rating than 5, I would give it. We have been bringing our pets in crisis to U of I for over 10 years. Whether it was Trixie who had multiple visits treating her cancer, or our guinea pig, prairie dog, and now our dog Roxie. The quality care was the same. With complicated cases multiple departments are consulted, labs for testing are on sight. So you know the day you bring your pet in, what your options are. Plus, as a teaching hospital/clinic your pet is treated with the latest and greatest that is avai... read more
