Second time visiting the hospital and my experience was just as good as the first time (considering the circumstances). Exceptional staffing. Special thanks to Dr. Carrie Cavett and Celia (student) for taking such good care of my cat, Dax. We are still working at a diagnosis for my sweet boy. Making a return visit on Thursday for further testing. Thank you all so much for doing what you do and for your passion in veterinary medicine ❤️
They are wonderful, and because I am forward thinking... I am glad students are so involved... thinking beyond today
We took our horse in for surgery and the staff was wonderful!!! Thank you all so much!
We brought our pom puppy there, she was born with a birth defect and ended up having 2 balloon procedures a week apart. Everyone was so caring and kind. We are so lucky to have this resource so close to us and couldn't have asked for better care. Best part is, she's doing great!
Staff was friendly and responsive while we were there in-person, however I had a question for the oncologist a couple days after we left so I called and got his voicemail. That was several days ago and he has still not called back. Getting the news that your dog has life-threatening cancer is bad enough and it makes it worse when important questions go unanswered despite the fact that on the discharge papers they invite you to call them about any questions you may have.
Nearly a year ago we brought our 10 year old shepherd mix in because he couldn’t use his back legs after falling on the ice. After a six hour surgery and several weeks of rehab he came home. Several more months of work here. It was such a joy to watch him run and play in the snow today( Christmas Eve). Lucky and our family can not thank you enough. Merry Christmas
This place is off the charts. The whole teacher/student edification aspect makes for an extremely thorough, all options offered, well communicated examination of your pet... In the top two BUSINESSES I’ve come across in regards to service.
