Everyone was so nice. They know what they are doing. They are professional and efficient, even when 2 critical cases came into the ER while we were there. I definitely would recommend.
Such a great experience in such a very sad time for my sweet Clark. The staff and students from the time of check in on through were wonderful! Always kept me informed on what was going on.
I brought my beloved Bull Terrier, Frank, into the ER on Friday, 10/27. He was suffering from congestive heart failure. I so appreciate Dr. Kuhl's honesty, knowledge, compassion, and understanding as I had to make the agonizing and emotional decision to let him go instead of pursuing a risky, expensive, and, perhaps, ineffective treatment. The staff are caring and compassionate in every way and do a fantastic job of explaining what procedures they recommend and why. I feel very fortunate to live close to a facility such as this and am comfortable bringing my pets here when our veteranarian recommends doing so.
