My father has been screwed around here so much it's ridiculous. First we came in September to get this procedure done. Then we were told we'd have to reschedule, so we did...and we're back! Now, we're being told his appointment is tomorrow. See the comments for our reminder card.

I'm not sure if they're short staffed or have been closed since the week before Christmas but I've been calling since then to make an appointment for a root canal during their "supposed" business hours multiple times a day (i'm well aware they were closed the Friday before Christmas, Christmas Day, and Dec. 29th - Jan 2th.), calling different numbers on their website (they have a full voice-mail), and even sent them 4 emails and have heard nothing back but its good they can post pictures on Facebook. Just nice.
