This place irritates my soul with the way they run their phone system it’s so hard to get a hold of anybody or anything in that place at the people who answer the phones are even more irritating I hate this place with a passion and I can’t wait for this whole ordeal to end

this is the worst. they mis lead you.try to charge you.they dont help.only help to take all your money.and they trick you
I have been trying for a month to get someone to call me back in regards to my son having his wisdom teeth removed. I have left many messages, faxed over the referral 5 times, and sent an email. I had 2 friends warn me about how horrible communication is with U of I in Chicago, and they were right!!
