They insisted i pay for services my insurance covered. And refused to refer me to oral surgery for an impacted wisdom tooth. Awful staff. Uneducated and rude. Bad attitudes. Refused to give me my xrays. Had to file aa complaint with the Illinois dentistry board to get them.
Recommendedgood with kids but there is a But.... even though kids cry and they cry because it hurts them.. they make it seem like it dont hurt but they dont cry for nothing people.....

After spending over 20,000 for implants and bridges I come for my cleanings and follow ups. The product I am having is getting my claim forms to send to my insurance. They are great taking my money, but they drop the ball at taking care of my needs. Forms sign an given to me. This had been a nightmare. I hope someone reads this and fixes this problem.
