I went to the specialty clinic for implants. I was under the impression a treatment plan and costs had been settled upon. My appointment was Thursday. On Sunday I receive a call saying the treatment plan has to be changed, costing thousands of dollars more. Why was this not noted before I changed my whole week around and made financial arrangements at the original treatment plan. I was totally turned off by the cavalier attitude at the increased cost. I've called every day for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone. If this is any indication of the service they provide I am not impressed. I live on the far north side and am disabled. I can't be traveling down there just to make an appointment. I guess my teeth will just rot and fall out since my regular dentist won't do a cleaning because he says I need something special done that's not covered by my insurance. I was hoping UIC could save me.
RecommendedDr Helen Yang is a very good and kind Dr. From start to finish I had no pain, didn’t even feel the anesthesia injection. Throughout the procedure she explained what she was doing and how far into the procedure we were. Also had some nice music playing.
They are so nice to the kids. They explain everything as they go.
