New patient appt today. 30 minute slot was only 15 minutes instead. Rebecca was rude, the APRN I was stuck with also had terrible bedside manner. Talked to me like I was stupid, disregarded my past medical history, insinuated my other doctors and myself were liars, treated me like a drug seeker and basically told me PT would “cure” my chronic illnesses. When he did a physical exam on my knee, I cried because I was in so much pain. The attitude towards me and the responses I got were pretty much unnecessary. For the sake of t... read more

you guys suck and barely help people in your ER department. my mom had 4 broken ribs and the girl (moron) at the front desk yesterday around 2pm could not be any less helpful escorting my mom from the car into the building and you idiots kept trying to get her to sit in a wheelchair as IF she could do that with broken ribs. That female you guys have hired there is an idiot and i told her that to her face but i just wanted to let everyone on here be aware of how much you guys truly suck:) Take your patients more seriously or ... read more

The worse ER department went there very sick fever, heart 134..they hook me with all this unnecessary liquids. Flu test came positive and they released me with no medication at all. Came home hell broke loose... temp for higher, vomiting and I swear I thought that was the end of me. I even asked the Dr. before I left why no medication if the flu test was positive and the answer was " you have to let run it's course" really? many people die from the flu..and it was scary for me being in the 60's and having the flu. I hope som... read more

I would like to take this moment to say "f**k you very much" to UCONN hospital and services. - Your E.R. staff blowing me off as a drug seeker. Especially Barbara Pelletier, PA... who has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in the health care field. She is unbelievably rude, dismissive, cold and just assumes everyone is looking for pills... despite me having a legit concern over my back. - Not giving me an MRI in hospital when the neurosurgeon said it was clearly warranted due to my symptoms and making have to wait lon... read more

What’s the point of making an appointment if I won’t be seen at my appointed time? Why do I need to wait for almost an hour to see someone? Ridiculous

I had chest pains few years ago. They kept me two days . Then the nurse came in released me. On my way home got a call from doctor. Said I have to apologize I wanted to talk with you before you left. (They did an angioplasty on me)? He said we found an aneurysm in your artery. I would suggest contacting your doctor to discuss. As I was driving my car home
