When you see a Dr Rivers at UT and she sends you to do dialysis in your town and then something is wrong you call their office to talk to her You're not a patient of hers when she's at UT she never comes to the center to see you

My father's primary care doctor referred him to Dr. Rivers in May. At scheduling, we requested an early morning appointment and were told the earliest appointment they do is 12:30 and it would be 2 months out. No problem. In those 2 months, we received 5 reminders of the appointment time and to arrive with completed paperwork. Today, we arrived at 12:20 with the completed paperwork as requested. She is my new kidney doctor. So far she isn't bad. Except that I have a kidney cyst from my kidney to my pelvic area and she doesn't seem concerned. The nurse asked why I wasn't on medication to keep them from getting that big. I will see her again but I won't keep treating as my life doesn't matter

Went to Dr Rivers , I was having kidney problems. I was in pain , and I kept calling the office and was told that my specimen didn’t show anything,she didn’t do any more tests. It got bad ,so my G p sent me to someone else, I had a huge kidney stone and had to have it blasted,because it was to large to pass. I went through several weeks of pain because she wouldn’t do anything. I have no confidence in her.
