The workers are pleasant, efficient and trust worthy. This past year using University was the best cookie delivery for over 300 troops in the last 10 years.
Sales / Estimator was knowledgable, personable, sensitive, articulate, and efficient... even helped me load free used boxes from the facility twice! Driver and crew couldn't have been nicer and more competent. They took time to accommodate all our needs, were flexible, hard-working, friendly and careful with our family antiques and fine art. I just recently moved with university moving and storage, and i could not have asked for a better move.. You hear of all these horror stories but the communication between Jeremy the sales rep and Beverly the move coordinator could not have been better. I had a few changes at the last minute and even had to change dates a few times and they did every thing they could, to make my move happen when i needed it done and they DID!!! We have made at least 12 moves in 30 years of marriage, and I can honestly say that our experience with University Moving and Storage was outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future, and would recommend them to family and friends.
We have moved over 10 times in the last 16 years and this move has by far been the best move I have been involved with. From the start to the finish everyone involved has been the consumate professional. I can not say enough about the people, the company and the quality experience I had with University Moving. The 2 gentleman that moved us were Moses and Louise. They could not have been more professional and helpful. We found the service to be outstanding!! From the initial meeting to go over estimate to the actual move. Crew was on-time , very courtesy and professional. Total cost for move came in below quoted price (do not hear of this too often).
