In giving this rating I think it was probably 2 things, the driver and the coordinator. They did a great job at communicating and keeping me informed. They did a great job at working together. Over all, it was very good. The guy that did the estimate was very personable and very professional. He did a good job as far as I know. He did better than his competition.

If you need moving and storage, avoid the Two Men and a Promise guys and go with the pros at UMS. Their rates are competitive; their employees are polite and courteous, and they will move and store your belongings with the utmost care. UMS Customer Service is committed to our satisfaction, and is just a text, email, or phone call away. Any concerns, changes, or special requests are handled on the spot.

Beverly Davenport has no idea what she is doing. All complaints to her are met with an "I will pass it on" She has no desire to solve any problem. They lost my couch and told me that is was accidentally loaded on a different truck. A newbie loader took it upon himself to look for the couch with out any direction from his management team and found that the couch never left the warehouse. Management lied to me and would never have found the couch. Because of Davenport's negligence a grandfather clock was damaged. The actions o... read more

I wanted to express my gratitude to University Moving & Storage. We moved from Florida to Ohio because of being transferred with my company. University moved my family with such care. It was a great experience, they went way above my expectations.

We were a corporate move from Ohio to NJ. Christopher Clement came out to give us a quote. Price and timeline seemed great and they had been recommended by Sibcy Cline. We were very specific that we would not receive our house until 8/23 and delivery had to be after that....no problem. A week before the move, Beverly Davenport confirmed with us for a delivery of 8/22. We were asked to change our closing date as there was no room for changes to the delivery. I had University move my belongings locally in Cincinnati recently. Mike and the guys were incredible! They were very accommodating, courteous, fast/efficient and seemed to be very concerned about our belongings. We have moved many times in the past and I have to say, I have never been so impressed that I felt compelled to reach out and share our appreciation. We were extremely pleased and will definitely refer University to our friends and acquaintances.
