I thought he was a nice doctor. When I got my bill I realized he had charged me for services I was unaware were going to be additional charges. In a past visit he had provided this same service at no charge. Confusing and frustrating.
I was shocked today when Dr. Sontheimer refused to acknowledge the spot on my nose that was the reason I was there. He straight up told me it didn't exist and he couldn't comment on what he couldn't see. After noticing the growth I asked my family and everyone noticed it straight away but this MD had the nerve to basically tell me that I was seeing things. The experience was borderline bizarre. Excellent doctor. Knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Terrific bedside manner and kind man.
I’ve recommended him to several neighbors and friends, all who loved him. He was warm, caring knowledgeable and gave me extra information that I had not received from other dermatologists.
