RecommendedThursday we came here with plans to look at a few cars and get a feel for what I liked. Turns out, we spent approximately 6-7 hours with Tony and ended up with the perfect vehicle for me! I bought a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento and kept smell something burning was told several time I went back the smell would go away after I hit so many miles had car for 3 weeks a1200 miles smell still there went back and told them again and they found a leaking oil guy on Saturday he ordered part and said it would be in on Wednesday January 30th2019 and it would take about a hour to fix well I received no call so I went back on the 31st and was told part was there but it could NOT be fixed til Next Wednesday February 6th 2019 ... read more

Loved working with Cleve and Robert. Robert was very kind and understanding. Cleve made sure I knew what I was buying and the deal wasn’t a rip off. He made sure the customer was coming tooken care of even after the papers were signed. Travis (Caucasian) on the other hand seemed very inpatient and more worried about getting a deal closed.
We were seen to promptly and directed to a very comfortable waiting area. All were quite polite and friendly. I have already sent my brother-in- law there and he also bought a car. I will continue to recommend University Kia. Ask for Kevin!
Went into University KIA and Chad did as much as he could to find a deal that fits us , got a great car for my wife, and was willing to put me in a vehicle as well. They helped us find insurance also so we left with everything taken care of. Great place to get a car.
