I highly recommend University Kia of Waco and their service department. I took my Kia in for the first time for an oil change and Josh Robicheaux and his team exemplified top notch customer service. Very friendly and courteous. They also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the inside of my vehicle before I picked up my car. I recommend making an appointment, as this made the process very time efficient. Great service and exceptionally friendly people.
