My husband and I had the recent experience of purchasing a vehicle at University Kia. Unfortunately, we had some problems arise that were out of the dealership’s control. We worked directly with the owner, Jon Weinzapfel, who was able to assist and resolve these issues. We were pleased with upper management and their response to our particular situation. We plan to return to them for future vehicle purchases and recommend them to others.
Patient sales staff and their focus on making sure the customer is very familiar with the vehicle’s features before leaving the lot. My new car was filled with gas and washed before I left the dealership. Was also introduced to the service department staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
