I went last night to the er because I didnt feel good ,i was getting lung sick ,bad headache, sore throat, congestion in my head and lungs .I could hardly sit up for 20 minutes, I was feeling short of breath and wheezing. I had been taking severe vicks cold and flu that didnt seem to be helping. I have copd and when I get congested it usually turns to pneumonia so thats why I went always need steroids and antibiotics to get through it . The pharmacy at University hospitals Geneva medical center was extremely helpful with dealing with extremely expensive and much needed medications. The staff is very friendly .
The receptionist with pink hair is very rude and more interested in her phone then the care of patients. Gives you an attitude when all your doing is asking a simple ? Of how much longer since the person waiting has been waiting over 2hrs and 7 people went infront of you. I understand about under staff but the rudeness is not needed and it should be 1st come 1st serve not based on insurance
