RecommendedFirst visit today, only waited about 5 minutes, new Dr spent over an hour with me, answering all my questions, and gave to paperwork for upcoming tests. Felt safe, sanitizer everywhere even wiping pens down!
A big improvement would be for the faceless airheads to THINK! Staff stare at their computers while patients WAIT. Every time I go there, I leave with this image. I would like to lodge my thoughts with SOMEONE ACCOUNTABLE, but the hype-centric system offers no way to do this. If you can't count on the staff to communicate correctly (as the website suggests) then the patient is left to be inconvenienced and unhappy with the service.
I want to file a complaint about Era Fedak, a Nurse Practitioner in the UH ENT practice on Green Road. I saw her Monday, October 21, 2019 when my doctor Amy Schell was out of town. She failed to read my chart, gave me a ridiculous diagnosis that ran completely counter to the diagnosis Dr. Schell recorded in my chart and caused me pain and discomfort as she probed and scoped my ear and nose.
