My cousin and her daughter are going through hell on earth in that place as I type this. Don’t @ me either, y’all know you are wrong.
The MEDICAL (ICU & ER) staff have been amazing (5 stars) The housekeeping staff SUCK (0 stars). The ICU 6th floor waiting area has been filthy for the past 3 days. They come and get trash from the trash can, and that is literally all that has been done, and they don't even do that until the trash is overflowing. I should give like a 2.5, but the medical side is more important.
I walked in expecting a long wait and I got there at 2 pm... I was expecting the long wait so I wasn't bothered by it. After you get to the back it's all worth it. My advice get there early. The staff in the back is super awesome and the drs are amazing!!!
I WAS IN THERE FOR 5 DAY IN 2016 FOR A EEG AND I LOVE THE HOSPITAL BETTER THEN KERRVILLE HOSPITAL
I waited with a broken foot, for 13 and a half hours Friday night. THANKS UNIVERSITY!!

Spent nearly 14 hours(from 5PM Saturday until 4:30 AM Sunday morning) in the ER waiting to see a DR. I finally just left and went to another hospital the next day.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I waited in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours. And never got seen, my 1 yr old son was in there have trouble breathing but NOBODY seemed to care!!! Said they only had 1 dr on the floor. Nurses and triage were rude people. And didn’t have any empathy or sympathy, I will NEVER go back there again. And that’s that!! Worst service I’ve ever seen in a hospitals emergency room.
