I walked in expecting a long wait and I got there at 2 pm... I was expecting the long wait so I wasn't bothered by it. After you get to the back it's all worth it. My advice get there early. The staff in the back is super awesome and the drs are amazing!!!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I waited in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours. And never got seen, my 1 yr old son was in there have trouble breathing but NOBODY seemed to care!!! Said they only had 1 dr on the floor. Nurses and triage were rude people. And didn’t have any empathy or sympathy, I will NEVER go back there again. And that’s that!! Worst service I’ve ever seen in a hospitals emergency room.
Prompt, excellent, professional service. Highly recommend them, This was my first time there for Dr,appointments and lab work and then extensive testing . And, I was highly impressed !! They genuinely cared about me.
Hey , you have patients in recovery moaning in pain , nurses not giving a shit and being condisending to them. You do realize phones have recording devices these days! You do realize a lawyer and the media will have a field day with your facility ! Get off your asses and do your job , before you become unemployable !

My son has been inpatient here for over 3 months and the staffs has been more the Excellent 👍They have been treating us like family here I would recommend this hospital to any of my friends and family
Can someone help me find out who updates my medical history? I’ve talked to my doctors and your IT team, yet wrong items are posted that could affect my ability to get proper medical treatment. Today they added Stage 3 kidney failure along with heart transplant several months ago. I have about 20 incorrect conditions listed
Review: FIVE STARS My daughter was admitted to University Hospital in March of 2018 and I want to say how amazing the staff there was.
