Absolutely horrible!!!! They have no bedside manners, respect for privacy, and just completely rude as ever!!!! Speaking extremely loud about people's symptoms, had ppl sitting in waiting room for 4 1/2 just for them to say there's nothing wrong, and rude. . . . Don't get me started they have no manners
The nurse's there are always so nice,even the Doctor's they explain every little detail on the procedure that they are gonna do,so far when i have been there they make you feel calm & comfortable.The E.R is the only thing that they take sooo long to call you!!

My 88 year old father was brought in to the ER after what turned out to be a massive stroke. All the staff we came in contact with couldn't have been better. Their compassion and treatment of my father and entire family was amazing. My father passed in hospice within hours of discharge. Thank you all for your support. �
Have you ever experienced the patient care University Hospital in San Antonio? If so, this is about as close to the care received at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinic in Maryland. Today, we visited for a transjugular liver biopsy. When we go to new facilities, I get anxious and very nervous due to past experiences at other places and the complexities of the disease. However, from the Ambassador at curbside to the staff at the Information Desk, every member of staff was terrific... VERY IMPRESSED!
