BEST PLACE IN SAN ANTONIO TO BE SHOT--I WAS RUN OVER BY A HIT+RUN SUV--AND WAITED FOR 3 HOURS (A WEEKEND NIGHT REALITY)-THE CARE WAS EXCELLENT--WENT UPSTAIRS TO THE MENTAL FLOOR--I NEVER ATE SO WELL-WATCHED AIRLIFE TAKEOFF/LAND OUTSIDE MY WINDOW FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS I THINK--BEST CARE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE--CARING WELL TRAINED DOCTORS/STUDENTS+ THE OTHERS WORKING WERE HELPFUL AS WELL--IF YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY ROOM THE TREATMENT IS EXCELLENT
my sister came here for retinal surgery. Was told to be here at 8:00 am. They put drops in her eyes 4 hours ago..she hasn't eaten or drank any fluids for all this time, she can't take her pain medication. She is still in pre-Op!!! They came in a little while ago and told her still no fluids and a little more than an hour to go. This place is ridiculous.
I lost my phone last night, i just want my pictures if you have it please just answer it cause it rings & you can keep the phone plus ill give $50 my pictures of my daughter mean everything too me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RETURN IT
The health care providers are exceptional! The physicians are very caring, friendly and informative; the facility is neat and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable in every way. I will definitely keep this place in mind should I have to return.
Absolutely ridiculous,have been waiting for hours in the Children’s Emergency Room and still have yet to be seen..asked what the hold up was,and said that there was only one doctor on duty... and there are still five kiddos ahead of mine? So tell me how many more hours i have to wait? If I’ve already waited two and still have five people ahead!!!

I had a biopsy done and everyone was extremely nice to me. As I was waiting workers always made sure I was being helped. The doctor's were very informative and made sure I was comfortable. When the procedure was over both the doctors and nurses made sure I sat up nice and slow, made sure I wasn't dizzy, and that I was completely fine before leaving the room. The nurses explained to me about what to expect when I was at home and what to watch out for. Overall I had a great experience for what I needed to be there for.
