I just wanted to make a review about a certain nurse we had the pleasure of encountering tonight.. her name badge said marie I wish I knew her last name but another nurse mentioned they call her Mrs toni... she's was working in the E. R. department tonight.. my mom encountered a rude P. A and R. My cousin and her daughter are going through hell on earth in that place as I type this. Don’t @ me either, y’all know you are wrong.
The MEDICAL (ICU & ER) staff have been amazing (5 stars) The housekeeping staff SUCK (0 stars). The ICU 6th floor waiting area has been filthy for the past 3 days. They come and get trash from the trash can, and that is literally all that has been done, and they don't even do that until the trash is overflowing. I should give like a 2.5, but the medical side is more important.
I walked in expecting a long wait and I got there at 2 pm... I was expecting the long wait so I wasn't bothered by it. After you get to the back it's all worth it. My advice get there early. The staff in the back is super awesome and the drs are amazing!!!

Im pissed for the fact that i had to pay $11 for a small ass salad from the cafeteria. I couldve gotten triple the amount salad from jasons deli for $7.99. This hospital rapes people on their cafe prices for such subpar food and small proportions. I will never spend my money in this place again.
