First i can say from my experience living there for four years that the high rent is ridiculous for this old apartment complex. I would say about $750 - $850 a month at most is enough. Especially for older residents living on a fixed income or retirees. Secondly, whatever fumes happen from maintenance working on a next door apartment, that are empty, paint fumes seeped up in my upstairs unit and its affixation from hell. I had to sleep in the car some nights in the parking lot to avoid breathing the toxins! Thirdly, German r... read more

I have been a tenant of Tara Arms Apartment for several years with minimal issues or concerns. Management staff always responds in a respectful and professional manner. The staff ensures the security and well-being of their tenants, and the additional plus is that all utilities are included.

A Shining Community on Top of a Hill Kathryn D. Folks, this place has the feel of a five-star resort. The Overlook is touchingly reminiscent of Ronald Reagan’s U.S. analogy: “A Shining City on Top of a Hill.” This rich gallery welcomes you with balconies and porches overlooking sweeping, delightful views of the hills, gardens, while nestling you with psyche-soothing Peruvian pepper trees, Yuccas, pines, palms, chokeberries, exotic roses, heavenly bamboos, pear trees (Pyrus calleryana), swamp sedge (Selliera radicans), an... read more

Please be careful on renting a lot and knowing by getting familiar with your rights. I have fought and fought for a reimbursement and have emailed and have attempted to stop their office. But as always there is no one at the office to assist you nor they reply to the emails that was sent. DO NOT RENT A LOT!!!!! Till this day I have tried to communicate with someone at the office and proof of supposed checked mailed for the refund and NOTHING

This place is disgusting. This apartment is infested with mold. Here are a few pictures. They won’t let us break our lease.

Copper tree apartments was a wonderful place to live. Staff was great at first. Now sound irritated when asking questions. For example, I asked about grounds upkeep, which is horrible. Extremely, terrible, garbage everywhere, as we dog poop. Dumpster are discussing overflowing, left out on sidewalk. Very embarrassing when pulling into complex. My quest are discussed about the appearance. When,Blaine was managing everything was nice. Left, went downhill. I must say. Now lobby looks terrible.,ceiling tiles are falling. Remai... read more

Very old apartment complex with mildew smell, smoke smell, roaches and rude management staff. Management lied about the security deposit. We moved out for our own health reasons. This place is trash. Stay away! Stay away!

20 years ago Carlyle Tower was a place you could be proud to call home. It was worth the money. The sq footage of the units alone was a huge selling point. The underground parking made you feel safe. The carpets were clean and beautiful. The building was beautiful. A friend of mine picked me up and brought me over to her place. The underground parking looked threatening and dangerous. Dimly lit and filthy! the entryway to the property had a dead rodent inside of a glue trap. disgusting. The smell of garbage coming from the o... read more
