HAHAHA! ANYONE who ranked this nightmare higher than Poor-Fair must have a gun to their head or are employed by, hands down, the worst property management team in Tallahassee. It's an OK complex. I lived here because the rates were relatively low. 1 Bedrooms were $715 (cheap for student housing). I decided to rent out a whole 2x2 because it was only $790 a month. Unfortunately they dropped the prices of the 2x2s, 3x3s, and 4x4s, it attracted a large amount of obnoxious, loud, inconsiderate, and UNRULY people. Staff doesn't do anything about it without proof so you have to call security. I've tried calling but they are so slow and by the time they come the noise stops. This company will blatantly disregard the landlord tenant laws and keep your security deposit! They will tell you that the "check is in the mail" or they can't seem to "find" you deposit. It seems like they take for granted that they lease to young adults who will just get plowed over or give up on getting their money back.
I didn't really have a great time it was bad but it sure wasn't great
