It took them 2 month to get results for my baby and we’re going on year waiting for mine…last time I called, months ago, I was told “the file is most likely on her desk waiting to be reviewed and then they’ll call me”. They’re nice but efficient and I get a feeling they’ve lost my blood work and dont want to admit it because apparently UT is good at losing blood work or not labeling it. If anything changes I’ll update this review.
My experience was through telehealth. Very informative when you can actually get. Ahold of them. They hardly ever answer their phone and if you want a call back, you might as well forget it. They have canceled many of my visits without notice or explanation. My genetic disorder is rare but they don’t seem to care after they tell you the diagnosis
My actual visit was fine. No complaints. But my insurance requested more info from the lab before paying the claim… and 4 messages over 2 months to University Genetics and I have gotten no call back nor any action.
Very informative and really took her time with me and my son. We loved our experience with her.
