What a gift from God UTGI has been to my wife and I for over 20 years . I cannot begin to say how great Dr Rolhauser and Angie his nurse have been to both my wife and I . Professional caring knowledgeable great health care is what we have received. Great office staff as well . We are so thankful for these people and the University of Tn. Thankful to have such great medical care in east Tn .
If you’re able to go somewhere else for a colonoscopy, I would strongly recommend it. It took months just to get an appointment. After finally getting one, the office called to move it because they said a cancer patient needed the time slot, which I completely understand. However, just days later they called again and said the doctor’s schedule had changed and wanted to reschedule my appointment yet again. I’ve been going through a very difficult portion of life and believe that I may have some stomach ulcers. I was driving all the way from Sevierville to Knoxville and got into traffic behind an accident. Called the office ahead of time to let them know I’d be a few minutes late and they told me promptly that they would cancel my appointment and it doesn’t matter what my circumstances are. Every time I’ve gone to them, I’ve had to wait and they can’t do the same. Very unfortunate
