If you like pests, this complex has an infestation of both bugs, and the people that live their could be considered such too (at least, from my experience). Also, I think it's a safe bet to say you're better off elsewhere. You'd probably be better off living on the street. What a dump.
Staff is courteous and responsive with any issue i bring up
Honestly, I really liked living here. The complex is safe, the area is incredible- UGA Tate Center is a 20 minute walk away and the immediate area has shopping, restaurants, and services. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. You do get many of the drawbacks of a budget-friendly place in an otherwise high-end area, but the affordability is excellent for those of us on a limited budget.
