I feel very comfortable living at University Garden. It’s a quiet and pleasant community. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, the response is usually quick and the problem gets resolved promptly. The staff in the office are also very helpful and attentive. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here and I think it’s a great place to live.
I enjoy living here. Its in a good location, rent is reasonable, and staff are friendly.
Rooms were not properly cleaned with so much dust with torn window nets. Unpleasant smell. Old cabinets with so many cockroaches crawling everywhere in the cabinets and washroom. Poor sink with dirty backyard leading to kitchen. Old doors. We will never renew when our current lease expires.
I have lived here for around 15 years and have always enjoyed the convenience of this location. Generally speaking the tenants are on the whole friendly and civilized. The current management team is really trying to make a difference...I like that. The maintenance team is on the ball and if there is something they are not equipped to handle they will get someone here to fix it. To my knowledge there are fewer incidents where the police are involved and I like that. I plan to keep on living here.
