Dr Tu is the best. He did foot surgery on my 88 yr old mother. Everything he said he delivered on: she would be able to walk out immediately after surgery with a special shoe and she would be mobile. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and her rapidly improving mobility. Dr Tu is very approachable and has called me directly to answer questions and also my mother when she was having doubts. After several recommendations from other patients, and seeing other podiatrist, I choose Dr. Richard Tu to perform Lapiplasty bunion correction on my foot because of his experience, knowledge, success rate, bedside manner and pleasant demeanor. Dr. Tu has been awesome in treating my ankle injury post hiking accident. He is attentive and extremely realistic about your care plan and recovery timeline. He is patient in answering all of your questions and makes sure you feel confident upon leaving his office. This location is experiencing construction in the surrounding area so I would recommend arriving early to find parking or have someone drop you off. However, don’t let that deter you from coming to see Dr. Tu as he still delivers top notch care.
