Appointment was easy to make. Staff was friendly. Dr Gray is excellent.
I have had this ongoing plantar fasciitis issue that was not resolved by going to other doctors and have wasted too many years being in pain. Needless to say I was skeptical when I went to UFAI. The very first appointment I knew I was in a different universe than I had been before. With absolute clarity, a plan of action was setup and I'll be darned, it actually worked. I came to University Foot and Ankle Institute after being misdiagnosed by another doctor. I am a runner and foot pain was making even the shortest walks difficult and painful. Everyone at the office is very nice and Dr. Bob is awesome. They took a quick x-ray, right there in the office, and he diagnosed me with a bone spur and ordered custom orthotics.
