University Foot and Ankle institute is dirty. It is not clear if they clean the office and there were many odd odors in the office. Unfortunately there are unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. People in the waiting room had an altercation when I was there. I would go to a different doctor.
My experience at this office was terrible. I had a number of questions regarding the diagnosis of my foot injury, and the recommended treatments from the doctor. When asking questions to further understand the situation and my options for treatment, the doctor seemed annoyed and frustrated of what I was asking. I felt rushed, and not cared for. Great care....Been going here for years!
I have been a patient for many years. The service is always professional and prompt. University Foot and Ankle will continue to be my one ,two foot stop. Keep up the good work guy's and stock the shelves with the Rocking Orthotics.
Thank you so much Dr. Briskin and team for the great visit. I would not hesitate to schedule a visit with UFAI in the future. The appointment was on time and the doctor was very kind and communicative. The office called me back a few days later with an estimate for the surgery which was reasonable and I extremely appreciated that as well. This office may be a tad more expensive than others but the knowledge/experience in the industry is WORTH IT. You end up paying more in the long run if you are misdiagnosed else where.
