If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend lived at this property in spring 2024 to spring 2025 and the experience was terrible—especially after the management transitioned to SPM. Things quickly went downhill. The maintenance team was consistently rude and unprofessional. Her HVAC system failed 10–12 times, and every time it was “fixed,” it broke again shortly after. All around terrible place to live, EVERYTHING is controlled through an app on your phone, things are constantly broken or not working, packages are easily lost/stolen, only plus is location
