Here are the pros and cons to the building that I’ve personally experienced, in no particular order: PROS: - In-unit washer and dryer - Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen - A beautiful custom wood kitchen island - Spacious bedrooms with a walk-in closet - Walking distance to downtown bars/restaurants - Walking distance to downtown Hugo’s for quick groceries - Very large windows with included black-out curtains CONS: - The trains that pass by are SOOO loud and they are ... read more
