I've been going to Joslin for almost 10 years and have always had a pleasant experience.
The staff, providers, nurses, and educators are absolutely amazing at Joslin. They are quick to call back or answer any question have or handle any issues I may be having with my T1D child. The office is beautiful and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients.
They will change your appointments and not tell you make you drive through hours of city wide traffic and construction without regard for your health and safety will let you spend over an hour behind broken parking meters to over charge you and then double charge you for 1 appointment find other places to go and inconvenience you when trying to get your prescription refills there's an answer service for that but they won't help you at all then they demand you to be erlay to do your paper work before the appointment but then ... read more
If you have diabetes, go somewhere else. They will treat you like shit. They tried to give me medication that would have killed me if I picked it up and took it as I told them many times. They still filled it and wanted me to take it. The don’t listen when you go into the office for an appointment and just try to get you on something new to make money. Place has improved a lot since moving to the new center. I am always in and out and my A1C has never been so good. I am happy to be working with the same people each visit.
