They will change your appointments and not tell you make you drive through hours of city wide traffic and construction without regard for your health and safety will let you spend over an hour behind broken parking meters to over charge you and then double charge you for 1 appointment find other places to go and inconvenience you when trying to get your prescription refills there's an answer service for that but they won't help you at all
Place is absolutely horrible. Do not seek treatment here. 10 years of hell I have gone through. Just don't. You'll thank yourself later.
Long wait times, I suggest making your appointments close to closing time when they want to get out of there. I spoke with the Dr and she was going to order labs and we talked about some other things that were to happen during the visit that never happened, labs were never drawn. I suggest reminding them over and over about everything you discuss, you kind of have to do their job for them or you might miss out on treatment that you deserve. Careful when calling for assistance. People who answer phones have attitudes and don’t like to relay messages to nurses/DRS. I called 3 times to have a nurse or doctor call me back to see what extra items can be removed from carb count. TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET A CALL BACK!!! Changed my son’s breakfast and he’s now upset he can’t eat what he wanted because of potential over dose of insulin. Thanks so much Joslin Center!!!
