Utilities Included!! I love that utilities are included as well as being fully furnished! A lot of room within the units as well. I love living here!
Random roommates & lifelong friendships I couldn't imagine living anywhere else throughout my college time at ETSU ... seriously. The friends that I've met at UE are going to be my forever friends. I had random roommates coming from FL and I couldn't have been matched with anyone better. Highly recommend UE
Super spacious & cozy! I love living here and love how much space I have in my bedroom and the living room!

WARNING- LIFE THREATENED WARNING: Run as FAR AWAY as possible. If you can't run far, at least make it across the street to Monarch. Stay Anywhere but University Edge. This place will ruin your life and your credit. 1. I was lied to about who I would be rooming with. 2. I was placed in a unit with 3 other guys, and my life was threatened the first day I was there. 3. Horrible service University Edge Apartments does not care about their residents in any way. They have horrible customer service and simply just care about making money. The quality isn't worth the price you're paying for one room in an apartment with strangers who they only match to you based on if you smoke or drink. This is an unsafe place to live due to living with completely random people when the place is meant for college students, however you aren't guaranteed your roommate even attends college.
